Who We Are
Shovel and Spoon is a Maine-based food company founded in 2018 by Tomer Kilchevsky and Courtney Perry. Born from the couple’s shared passion for growing and cooking good food, it began as a small farm-to-table catering venture on their organic farm in Limington. Today it has grown into a producer of fresh, authentic dips and spreads that celebrate Middle Eastern flavors and New England bounty. The founders remain committed to quality and sustainability: they source organic ingredients, organically grow their own garlic and peppers, and craft each batch without preservatives so that real flavors shine through. Guided by the mission to nourish people with wholesome food, Tomer and Courtney continue to expand the Middle East Coast product line with integrity, sharing their love of good food with customers and partners across the region.
